We are partnering with a global $28 billion quant hedge fund who are hiring a Junior End-User Computing Analyst.
In this role you will provide support for our client’s windows infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and security of Windows Desktops (10+11). You will be central to the continued optimisation of EUC infrastructure, troubleshooting 2nd and 3rd line incidents and harnessing PowerShell to automate traders, quants and engineer’s Windows configurations.
This is a junior role where you will have the opportunity to advance in a fast-paced environment at the heart of the financial services industry.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A proven track record of providing high quality End User Computing support
- A proficiency with Windows in a dynamic professional environment.
- Proven use of PowerShell to enhance desktop configuration
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams and problem resolution within
- Engagement with Citrix DaaS
