As part of our global Network Operations team, you will ensure the stability and reliability of a mission-critical network spanning low-latency trading, high-performance computing, and global WAN environments. Working in a 24/7 operational setting, you will:
- Monitor, triage, and troubleshoot network incidents within strict SLAs
- Support high-priority incidents through to resolution alongside SMEs and vendors
- Own end-to-end hardware failure processes
- Perform BAU and out-of-hours operational changes
- Drive proactive detection through monitoring and trend analysis
- Conduct post-incident reviews to enhance resilience and reliability
