A leading global multi-strategy hedge fund is hiring a LATAM-focused Sub-PM to join its London office. This is a unique opportunity for an investor with deep Latin American market expertise to help drive alpha across equities and/or macro strategies.
Key requirements:
- 5–7+ years’ buy-side experience with a strong LATAM focus
- 1–2 years of verifiable track record in LATAM rates & FX
- Proven alpha generation: ideally 1+ Sharpe, $5–15M annual P&L
- Strong understanding of regional macro, political, and sector dynamics
- Strong technical skills (modeling, data analysis, execution)
- London-based or open to relocation
