A top-tier Fixed Income Hedge Fund is seeking a Senior Short-Term Interest Rates (STIR) Portfolio Manager to develop and execute relative value and macro trading strategies in global short-term interest rate markets. This is a high-impact role offering access to deep capital, advanced trading infrastructure, and a highly collaborative investment team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage STIR trading strategies across SOFR, EURIBOR, SONIA, Fed Funds, short-term government bonds, and derivatives.
- Identify relative value and macro-driven opportunities in short-end rate curves, basis trades, and volatility markets.
- Optimize risk-adjusted returns while adhering to risk management and capital constraints.
- Work closely with quants, traders, and researchers to enhance execution, market modeling, and trade structuring.
- Stay ahead of monetary policy developments, liquidity shifts, and macroeconomic trends impacting short-term rates.
Requirements:
- Proven P&L track record trading STIR products in a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or bank.
- Deep expertise in interest rate futures, swaps, FRAs, repo markets, and funding arbitrage.
- Strong quantitative and programming skills (Python, R, or C++) are a plus.
- Ability to manage a scalable risk-adjusted book with disciplined capital allocation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-strategy, and research-driven environment.
