The client is a European $14BN AUM systematic trading firm focused on equities, after a strong few years returns they are building their NY presence as part of a larger push into the US market.
Currently there is a small intraday equities investment team based in NY - this Lead Quant/Data Engineer will sit with them and manage a number of different projects.
They are looking to scale this team further, so potential for this to become a more senior role.

Working with Python, C++, Linux, Tick Data, ETL, AWS, ML and more...
- Developing tools and automated workflows for structured stock data
- Integration of ‘trial’ datasets
- Development & monitoring of data pipelines
- Technical support to quant researchers
- Contribution to platform tooling
