Our client - a global $20bn+ macro hedge fund - is looking for a talented Macro Analyst to join the team of a leading Macro Portfolio Manager in Greenwich, CT or New York, NY.
This hire will work closely with the Portfolio Manager, whose strategy focuses primarily on investing across FX products.
The successful hire will have a strong research background (ideally PhD) and will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis on various macroeconomic factors to aid the investment process.
Requirements
- PhD in Economics/Econometrics or related field.
- Experience within FX markets.
- Excellent knowledge of the current global macroeconomic environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
