The Crypto Quantitative Researcher will play a critical role in developing and optimizing systematic trading strategies within the cryptocurrency space. The successful candidate will work with large datasets, cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative team to identify inefficiencies and generate alpha in digital asset markets, including spot, futures, and DeFi protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and exploit inefficiencies and alpha opportunities in cryptocurrency markets, including both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
- Develop and test systematic trading strategies using advanced statistical, econometric, and machine learning techniques.
- Analyze large-scale market, blockchain, and alternative datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to access, process, and analyze diverse data sources efficiently.
- Build and maintain pricing models and risk management frameworks tailored to the unique characteristics of digital assets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trading strategies, ensuring robustness and scalability in live environments.
- Stay informed on developments in cryptocurrency markets, including new protocols, trading venues, and regulatory trends.
