I'm working on behalf of a $10bn+AUM, Global Hedge Fund who are looking to hire a COO within Equity Arbitrage. This role will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the Equity Arb business moving forwards, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Recruiting and development.
- PM oversight.
- Risk Management.
- Tech - implementation of new initiatives, and maintenance of current.
- Budgeting.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience within a relevant sell-side or buy side role.
- Highly technical, working knowledge of python preferred.
- Excellent understanding and hands-on experience of the suite of Equity Arb products (Index Rebal, Merger Arb/Special Sits, Central Risk, Index Arb etc).
