A Tier 1 Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund is seeking an experienced CEEMEA Rates Relative Value (RV) Portfolio Manager to develop and execute systematic or discretionary rates trading strategies across Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEEMEA). This is a high-impact role within a top-performing macro and fixed income trading team, offering deep capital, advanced infrastructure, and a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage CEEMEA-focused relative value strategies across local and hard currency bonds, swaps, forwards, and derivatives.
- Identify market inefficiencies, macro trends, and liquidity opportunities across regional interest rate curves.
- Work closely with macro researchers, quants, and execution traders to optimize strategy implementation.
- Dynamically manage risk and capital allocation within the hedge fund’s multi-strategy framework.
- Stay ahead of regional macroeconomic developments, central bank policies, and market structure changes.
Requirements:
- Proven P&L track record in CEEMEA Rates RV trading at a hedge fund, bank, or proprietary trading firm.
- Strong expertise in emerging markets fixed income, yield curves, volatility trading, and derivatives.
- Quantitative and programming skills (Python, R, C++) are a plus.
- Ability to scale a risk-adjusted book in a capital-constrained multi-strat fund.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-risk-adjusted return environment.
